Website Thumbnail Capture

Website Thumbnail Capture takes screenshots of websites in a batch. Enter or load a list of up to thousands of URLs, choose the browser resolution and output format, click one button and every page is captured and saved to your hard disk — as a full-page screenshot, a thumbnail or a PDF. The new version is built on the Microsoft Edge (Chromium) WebView2 engine, so pages render exactly as they do in a modern browser, and up to 20 pages are captured in parallel. A "must have" tool for webmasters, web directories, SEO and QA work.

Features

Features

  • Batch capture of any number of URLs, with live status (Saved / Failed / Cancelled) for each one.
  • Full-page screenshots of the whole scroll height (up to a configurable maximum height), or just the visible viewport.
  • Lazy-image loading — the page is scrolled first so images that load on scroll are included.
  • Output formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF, with adjustable JPEG/WebP quality and PDF paper size, orientation and margins.
  • Thumbnails saved alongside each capture in a size you choose — fit the whole image or crop the top of the page.
  • Parallel capture with 1–20 threads for fast processing of long lists.
  • Browser resolution (viewport) of your choice, for example 1920 x 1080 Full HD.
  • Smart timing: page load timeout, extra delay after load, wait for the network to go idle, or wait for a specific element (CSS selector).
  • Page cleanup: hide cookie consent banners, auto-click "Accept", close pop-ups and block ads and trackers.
  • Automatic retry of failed URLs and a live preview of the latest capture.
