Evans Bancorp was the financial holding company for Evans Bank, N.A., which served consumers and businesses in the U.S. Its deposit products included checking and NOW accounts, savings accounts and CDs.
The bank made home mortgages, commercial and multifamily mortgages, commercial construction loans, home equity lines and second mortgages, and business term loans and credit lines. Consumer lending covered autos, RVs, boats, home improvements and personal needs, along with installment loans and overdraft lines. It also sold annuities and mutual funds.
Evans was founded in 1920 and based in Williamsville, New York. Its stock was delisted from the NYSE American in May 2025, with the final trade on May 2, 2025 at $39.53.
