Grayscale Sui Staking ETF (GSUI)

The Grayscale Sui Staking ETF (GSUI) is an exchange-traded product from Grayscale Investments that holds SUI, the native token of the Sui layer-1 blockchain.

The fund aims to track the value of its SUI holdings, less expenses, and stakes some of those tokens to participate in securing the network and earn staking rewards. This gives investors exposure to SUI through a brokerage account without directly holding the token.

The ETF is listed on NYSE Arca. It is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
