Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH)

The Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH) is a spot ether exchange-traded product sponsored by Fidelity Investments. It holds ether, the native cryptocurrency of the Ethereum network, and seeks to track the performance of the price of ether, less expenses.

The fund values its holdings using a Fidelity ether reference rate based on prices from major trading platforms, and its ether is held in custody by Fidelity Digital Assets, the firm's own digital asset custody business. It is passively managed and does not use leverage.

FETH began trading in 2024 alongside the first group of U.S. spot ether funds. It gives investors ether exposure through an ordinary brokerage account without holding the cryptocurrency directly.
