Customers came from oil and gas production, processing, refining and marketing, as well as chemicals, engineering and construction, power and utilities, metals and mining, and pharmaceuticals. The company was founded in 1981 and based in Bedford, Massachusetts, and operated as a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co.
