TNF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was a clinical-stage drug company building therapy platforms aimed at several targets. Isomyosamine, a small molecule that acts on the immunometabolic system, was being developed for autoimmune and related conditions such as sarcopenia, frailty, side effects of diabetes and obesity drugs, rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.
It also worked on Supera-CBD, a synthetic analog of a cannabidiol derivative for epilepsy, pain and anxiety or depression. A partnership with the DADA2 Foundation supported research into the rare inflammatory disease DADA2.
In September 2025 it changed its name to Q/C Technologies, Inc. Founded in 2014, it was based in New York, New York. The stock was delisted from the Nasdaq in September 2025, with the last trade on September 24, 2025 at $5.20.
