HOOKIPA Pharma Inc. was a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing immunotherapies on its own arenavirus platform. In cancer, HB-700 was a next-generation investigational therapy aimed at multiple KRAS mutations in lung, colorectal and pancreatic cancers.
Eseba-vec targeted HPV16-positive head and neck cancers and had finished enrollment in a Phase 1/2 trial, while HB-300 targeted self-antigens in prostate cancer. For infections, HB-400 for Hepatitis B and HB-500 for HIV were both in Phase I trials.
The company had a collaboration and license deal with Gilead Sciences, Inc. for preclinical research on possible vaccines to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent HBV and HIV. Incorporated in 2011 and based in New York, New York, it was delisted from the Nasdaq in June 2026, with a last trade on June 2, 2026 at $1.15.
