BeOne Medicines Ltd., formerly known as BeiGene, is a global oncology company that discovers, develops and sells cancer treatments. The company is incorporated in Switzerland with its headquarters in Basel and has major operations in the United States and China. Its American Depositary Shares trade on the Nasdaq.

BeOne's main products include BRUKINSA (zanubrutinib), a BTK inhibitor used for chronic lymphocytic leukemia and other B-cell cancers, and TEVIMBRA (tislelizumab), an anti-PD-1 antibody used in several solid tumors. It also markets licensed medicines in certain regions.

The company runs a large internal research organization and clinical development program in hematology and solid tumors, including protein degraders and other novel mechanisms. It adopted the BeOne name in 2025.
