About Avidity Biosciences, Inc
Avidity Biosciences, Inc. was a biopharmaceutical company delivering RNA therapies known as antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs). In cardiology, AOC 1086 targeted phospholamban cardiomyopathy and AOC 1072 targeted PRKAG2 syndrome (protein kinase AMP-activated non-catalytic subunit gamma 2).
