About Pactiv Evergreen Inc
Pactiv Evergreen made and distributed foodservice and food merchandising products and fresh beverage cartons in the U.S., the rest of North America and elsewhere. It had two segments: Foodservice, and Food and Beverage Merchandising.
Products included food containers, hot and cold cups and lids, tableware and service ware. It also made cartons for refrigerated drinks such as milk and juice, clear display containers, prepared-food containers, meat and poultry trays and egg cartons.
Customers included restaurants, foodservice distributors, supermarkets and other grocers, and food and beverage producers and processors. Formerly Reynolds Group Holdings, the company was founded in 1880 and based in Lake Forest, Illinois, and was a subsidiary of Packaging Finance Limited.
