About Berry Global Group Inc
Berry Global Group made and supplied products for consumer and industrial markets in the U.S., Canada, Europe and other regions. It reported three segments: Consumer Packaging International, Consumer Packaging North America, and Flexibles.
The international packaging unit made closures and dispensing systems, pharmaceutical devices and packaging, bottles, canisters, containers and technical parts. The North American unit produced containers, pails, foodservice items, closures, bottles, prescription vials and tubes. Flexibles made stretch, shrink, food, consumer and agricultural films, plus can liners and retail bags.
Formerly Berry Plastics Group, it took the Berry Global name in April 2017. It was founded in 1967 and based in Evansville, Indiana. Berry merged with Amcor (AMCR) on April 30, 2025, with each share exchanged for 7.25 Amcor shares; the last trade was on April 29, 2025 at $67.58.
