Performance Sports Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries designed, made and sold sports gear, apparel and accessories for ice hockey, roller hockey, lacrosse, baseball and softball, mainly in the U.S., Canada and Europe. It had two segments: Hockey and Baseball/Softball.
Products included skates, blades, protective gear, sticks, bats, gloves, lacrosse shafts, heads and helmets, plus team uniforms. Its brands were BAUER, MISSION, MAVERIK, CASCADE, INARIA, COMBAT and EASTON. Sales went through representatives and distributors to specialty stores, sporting goods shops and national chains, and directly to teams.
Founded in 1927 and based in Exeter, New Hampshire, the company was named Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. until June 2014. It was delisted from the NYSE in September 2026, with a last trade on September 8, 2026 at $2.85.
