About Energy Transfer Partners L.P

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. ran natural gas midstream, transportation and storage businesses in the United States. Its Intrastate segment moved gas from producing areas through links to other pipelines and its ET Fuel and HPL systems, owning about 7,900 miles of pipeline and three storage sites in Texas. The Interstate segment owned about 11,800 miles of interstate gas pipelines and held stakes in others.

The Midstream segment gathered, compressed, treated, blended, processed and sold natural gas using its own pipelines and plants. Another segment moved and stored natural gas liquids (NGLs), refined products and petrochemicals, and split mixed NGLs into purity products using pipelines, fractionation plants and storage.

Its crude oil segment moved, stored, bought and sold crude through trunk and gathering lines. A catch-all segment supplied gas compression equipment and services, managed coal and natural resource land, sold timber, leased coal facilities and generated power.

Founded in 1995 and based in Dallas, Texas, the partnership was delisted from the NYSE in September 2026. It last traded on September 22, 2026 at $18.66.
