About Nova Lifestyle I
Nova LifeStyle, Inc. designed, made and sold home and commercial furniture for middle and upper middle-income buyers in North America and abroad. Its upholstered, wood and metal pieces covered living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and home offices, including sofas, chairs, tables, beds, consoles and cabinets.
It also sold physiotherapeutic jade mats for therapy clinics, hospitality and real estate projects. Products carried the Nova LifeStyle, Diamond Sofa and Nova Living brands and were sold mainly to furniture distributors and retailers, as well as online and at trade shows.
Formerly Stevens Resources, Inc., the company was founded in 2003 and based in Commerce, California. Its shares were delisted from the Nasdaq in November 2025, with a final trade on November 7, 2025 at $5.38.
