NEOS Ethereum High Income ETF (NEHI)

The NEOS Ethereum High Income ETF (NEHI) is an actively managed fund from NEOS Investments that seeks to generate high monthly income while providing exposure to the price of ether, the native cryptocurrency of the Ethereum network.

The fund gains its ether exposure indirectly, through exchange-traded products that hold ether, rather than owning the cryptocurrency itself. It pairs that exposure with an options strategy, mainly selling call options, to collect premium that funds its distributions.

Writing calls limits the fund's participation in sharp price rallies in ether, while losses on the underlying exposure are only partly offset by the premium received.
