About Gan Ltd
GAN Limited supplied business-to-business software-as-a-service for iGaming and online sports betting in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and other regions. It reported B2B and B2C segments.
Its GameSTACK platform provided turnkey technology for regulated real-money internet gambling, online sports betting and simulated gaming. GAN Sports supported online and retail betting through self-service kiosks in casinos and mobile tools. Other offerings included a remote gaming server, back-office and integration tools, hosting and development services. Clients included regional operators and tribal casinos.
On the consumer side, it ran the Coolbet online sportsbook, casino and poker brand for international users. GAN was incorporated in 1999 and based in Las Vegas, Nevada. As of May 27, 2025, it became a subsidiary of Sega Sammy Creation Inc. Its shares left the Nasdaq in May 2025, with the final trade on May 22, 2025 at $1.96.
