About Everi Holdings Inc
Everi Holdings made game content, gaming machines and related systems for casino and online gaming operators in the U.S., Canada, Australia and elsewhere. It had two segments: Games, and Financial Technology Solutions.
On the games side, it offered mechanical and video reel slot games, the TournEvent of Champions national slot tournament, player terminals, licenses and extras such as signage and lighting. It also ran digital online gaming services.
Its fintech business handled cash access for casinos, including cash dispensing, credit and debit card transactions and check warranty. Products included the CashClub and CashClub Wallet payment platforms, casino floor kiosks, Everi Compliance for anti-money laundering, Central Credit for patron credit checks, JackpotXpress for jackpot payouts and tax forms, and a Loyalty platform.
Formerly Global Cash Access Holdings, the company adopted the Everi name in August 2015. It was founded in 1998 and based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Apollo took Everi private on July 1, 2025, paying $14.25 in cash per share; the final trade was on June 30, 2025 at $14.24.
