About PlayAGS Inc
PlayAGS designed and supplied gaming products and services in the U.S. and abroad. It had three segments: Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM), Table Products, and Interactive Games.
The EGM segment offered video and mechanical slot titles, cabinets from its Orion, Spectra, Big Red, Revel and ICON lines, and kits for converting one game title to another. It served Class II and Class III Native American markets, Mexico, and commercial and charitable gaming venues.
Table Products included live table games, side bets, progressives, card shufflers such as Dex S and Pax S, and related equipment for blackjack, poker, baccarat, craps and roulette, under names like In Bet Gaming and Buster Blackjack. The Interactive segment ran a B2B game aggregation platform for real-money gaming and the Lucky Play Casino free-to-play social app.
Previously AP Gaming Holdco, it took the PlayAGS name in December 2017. It was incorporated in 2005 and based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The stock was delisted from the NYSE in June 2025, last trading on June 30, 2025 at $12.49.
