About Eyenovia Inc
Eyenovia, Inc. was an ophthalmic technology company developing and selling eye treatments in the United States. Its Optejet platform dispensed topical eye medication.
It licensed MicroPine to Bausch Health Ireland Limited for the U.S. and Canada, and licensed MicroPine, MicroLine and Mydcombi to Arctic Vision (Hong Kong) Limited for China and South Korea and to Senju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It also co-developed a clobetasol propionate eye suspension (0.05%) for acute dry eye disease in the U.S. with Formosa Pharmaceuticals.
Formerly PGP Holdings V, Inc., it took the Eyenovia name in May 2014. Founded in 2014 and based in New York, the company was delisted from the Nasdaq in July 2025, with the last trade on July 3, 2025 at $14.36.
