CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and Ethereum 75/25 Strategy ETF (EEE)

The CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and Ethereum 75/25 Strategy ETF (EEE) is an exchange-traded fund designed to combine traditional U.S. large-cap equity exposure with exposure to ether, the native digital asset of the Ethereum blockchain.

As its name indicates, the strategy targets an allocation of roughly three quarters to the S&P 500 and one quarter to Ethereum. The equity sleeve tracks the broad U.S. large-cap market, while the ether sleeve is generally obtained indirectly through instruments such as exchange-traded ether products or futures rather than through direct holdings of the cryptocurrency.

The fund is sponsored under the CYBER HORNET brand and trades on the Nasdaq. Its blended design means its performance reflects both the movements of the S&P 500 and the considerably more volatile price of ether.
