About Centogene B V
Centogene N.V. and its subsidiaries provided pharmaceutical solutions and diagnostic tests in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. It gave patients, doctors and drug companies data-driven answers on rare and neurodegenerative diseases.
Its products included CENTOGENE MOx 2.0, which combines DNA sequencing, biochemical testing and RNA sequencing in one step; CentoCloud, a cloud platform for labs to analyze and report genomic variants; FilterTool for interpreting genetic data; and NEW CentoGenome, an NGS-based test meant to speed access to treatment.
For drug makers it offered target and drug screening, clinical development, market access support, Biodatabank licenses, patient recruitment, epidemiology, biomarker discovery and patient monitoring. It also sold whole exome, whole genome and multiomic testing to doctors, labs and hospitals.
Founded in 2006 and based in Rostock, Germany, the company was delisted from the Nasdaq in August 2025, with the last trade on August 4, 2025 at $0.06.
