China Liberal Education Holdings Limited provided education services and products under the China Liberal brand in China. It had five segments: Sino-foreign Jointly Managed Academic Programs; Textbooks and Course Material Sales; Overseas Study Consulting Services; Technological Consulting Services for Smart Campus Solutions; and Tailored Job Readiness Training Services.
Its joint programs offered undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, non-degree and senior secondary education in languages, liberal arts and business. It helped Chinese universities upgrade campus information and data systems through intranet buildouts, custom school management software, smart devices and data analysis, and also offered overseas study advice.
The company sold textbooks and course materials, supplied AI-space products to students in its joint programs, and trained graduating students for jobs. Founded in 2011 and based in Beijing, it was delisted from the Nasdaq in July 2025, with the last trade on July 22, 2025 at $0.10.
