The CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and Bitcoin 75/25 Strategy ETF seeks to combine traditional equity exposure with exposure to bitcoin in a single fund. It targets an allocation of about 75% to the S&P 500 and about 25% to bitcoin.

The equity portion provides exposure to large U.S. companies represented in the S&P 500, while the bitcoin portion is obtained indirectly, through instruments such as bitcoin futures or exchange-traded products that track bitcoin, rather than by holding the cryptocurrency directly. The fund rebalances back toward its target weights periodically.

The blend is designed to let investors add a measured amount of bitcoin to a core U.S. equity allocation, with the fund's overall volatility driven heavily by the bitcoin component.
