About Assertio Therapeutics Inc
Assertio Holdings, Inc., known before May 2020 as Assertio Therapeutics, Inc., was a U.S. drug company. Its products included INDOCIN, an oral and suppository form used for moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and its flares, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, painful shoulder and gouty arthritis.
It also sold Sympazan, a benzodiazepine added to other therapy for seizures from Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients two and older; CAMBIA, an NSAID for migraine pain, nausea and sensitivity to light and sound; SPRIX, an NSAID for short-term moderate to moderately severe pain needing opioid-level relief; and ROLVEDON, a long-acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor that lowers infection rates from febrile neutropenia.
Incorporated in 2020 and based in Lake Forest, Illinois, the company was delisted from the Nasdaq in June 2026. Its last trade was on June 15, 2026 at $23.49.
