About Aptorum Group Ltd Class A
Aptorum Group Limited was a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that, through subsidiaries, worked on treatments for cancer and infectious diseases. SACT-1, a repurposed drug, was in phase 1 for neuroblastoma and other cancers, and ALS-4, a repurposed small molecule, was in phase 1 for bacterial infections such as staphylococcus aureus, tuberculosis and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Earlier-stage programs included SACT-COV19 for coronavirus disease, SACT-2 and SACT-3, ALS-1 for staphylococcus aureus infections including MRSA, and ALS-2/3 for gram+ve bacterial infections.
Known as APTUS Holdings Limited until October 2017, the company was incorporated in 2010 and based in London. Its Class A shares were delisted from the Nasdaq in November 2025, with the last trade on November 20, 2025.
