About Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp
Zomedica was a veterinary health company that built products for vets treating companion animals. Its diagnostic tools included the TRUFORMA point-of-care platform based on Bulk Acoustic Wave technology, TRUVIEW, a digital cystoscopy platform that prepares slides automatically inside the instrument, and VetGuardian, a no-contact remote vital signs monitor.
On the therapy side, it sold the PulseVet electrohydraulic shockwave platform and the Assisi Loop line - Assisi Loop, Assisi Loop Lounge and DentaLoop - which use targeted pulsed electromagnetic fields to ease pain and inflammation. It worked with Celsee on liquid biopsy tests for cancer in pets and with Seraph Biosciences on a new pathogen detection system.
Originally Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp., it renamed itself Zomedica Corp. in October 2020 and was based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Its stock was removed from the NYSE American in May 2025, with the final trade on May 5, 2025 at $0.06.
