United Acquisition Corp. I (UAC)

United Acquisition Corp. I is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company, incorporated to complete a merger, share exchange or similar business combination with an operating business. It completed its initial public offering on NYSE American in 2026, with the proceeds held in a trust account until a transaction is completed.

The company has not limited its search to a single industry. It has said it intends to target businesses that are leaders in their product categories, led by experienced management teams and having technological or brand advantages.

The SPAC is led by Paul Packer, who serves as chief executive, chief financial officer and chairman. Packer founded the investment advisory firm Globis Capital Advisors and previously led Globis Acquisition Corp., which combined with the African milling company Forafric. As a blank-check company, United Acquisition Corp. I has no operating business of its own.
