Skydance Corporation (SKYD)

Skydance Corporation is a media and entertainment business with three segments: Studios, Direct-to-Consumer and TV Media. It owns the CBS television network, a group of cable channels, and film and TV studios such as Paramount Pictures, which make and distribute content around the world.

On the direct-to-consumer side, it runs Paramount+, a paid streaming service, and Pluto TV, a free service supported by advertising. It also licenses its film and TV library to other distributors.

The company was created in August 2025, when Skydance Media and Paramount Global merged as Paramount Skydance Corporation. It took the Skydance Corporation name in October 2026. Its Class B shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange as SKYD, and its head office is in New York City.
