SigmaTron International, Inc. was an independent electronic manufacturing services provider with operations in the United States, Mexico, China, Vietnam and Taiwan. It built and tested electronic and electromechanical products, including printed circuit board assemblies of all kinds.
It also offered design for manufacturability and testing, supply chain management, warehousing and distribution with international and drop shipping, and help meeting rules on hazardous substances, chemicals and conflict minerals. Customers were in industrial electronics, consumer electronics and medical/life sciences, reached through independent sales representative firms.
Incorporated in 1993 and based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, the company was taken private as of July 24, 2025. Its stock was delisted from the Nasdaq that month, with a final trade on July 24, 2025 at $3.02.
