About Qurate Retail Inc Series A
Qurate Retail, with its subsidiaries, worked in video and online commerce in North America, Europe and Asia. It sold consumer products mainly through televised shopping programs, the internet and mobile apps.
It also ran online stores selling women's, children's and men's clothing, plus home, accessory and beauty items. Customers reached it through streaming services, social media, websites, print catalogs and stores. Formerly Liberty Interactive Corporation, it became Qurate Retail in April 2018. It was founded in 1991 and based in Englewood, Colorado.
