About PHX Minerals Inc
PHX Minerals was a U.S. natural gas and oil mineral company. It produced and sold natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquids to buyers such as pipeline and marketing firms. Its main properties were in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, North Dakota and Arkansas.
Known as Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. until October 2020, the company was founded in 1926 and based in Fort Worth, Texas. As of June 23, 2025, it became a subsidiary of WhiteHawk Income Corporation. Its stock was delisted from the NYSE in June 2025, with the last trade on June 20, 2025 at $4.35.
