Oblong, Inc. and its subsidiaries sold multi-stream collaboration products and managed network and video services in the U.S. and abroad, through two segments: Collaboration Products and Managed Services.
Its main product, Mezzanine, let many users share content across screens, devices and sites, supporting video telepresence, laptop and app sharing, whiteboards and slides. It also ran managed videoconferencing and remote service management for enterprise IT and channel partners.
Network offerings included Cloud Connect: Video, a secure dedicated link from customer offices to the Oblong Cloud; Cloud Connect: Converge for custom MPLS; and Cloud Connect: Cross Connect, which extended a Layer 2 private line to a customer's data center over an existing carrier. Clients ranged across aerospace, consulting, media, legal, insurance, tech, finance, education, healthcare, real estate, retail, construction, hospitality and government.
