Its digital assets business includes trading and market making in cryptocurrencies, lending and structured products, asset management through active and passive crypto investment vehicles, staking and infrastructure services, and advisory work on mergers and capital raising for companies in the sector. Galaxy also holds principal investments in digital asset projects and companies.

The company's data center business is centered on its Helios campus in West Texas, originally built for bitcoin mining and now being developed to host high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads for large customers. Galaxy previously traded in Canada and completed its reorganization and listing on Nasdaq in 2025.
