About N2OFF Inc
N2OFF, Inc. was an agri-food tech company making eco-friendly products to improve food safety and extend the shelf life of fresh produce. Its formulas mixed food acids with oxidizing sanitizers and low-dose fungicides to clean produce, control pathogens and slow decay.
Products included SavePROTECT, also called PeroStar, an additive for post-harvest fruit and vegetable wash water; SF3HS and SF3H, post-harvest cleaning and sanitizing solutions against plant and foodborne pathogens; SpuDefender to curb potato sprouting; and FreshProtect against spoilage microbes on citrus.
Incorporated in 2009 and based in Hod HaSharon, Israel, it was called Save Foods, Inc. until March 2024. The stock was delisted from the Nasdaq in February 2026, with a last trade on February 26, 2026 at $1.03.
