Mountain Crest Acquisition 6 Corp. (MCAH)

Mountain Crest Acquisition 6 Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. It was organized to raise capital through an initial public offering and use it to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses.

The company has no operating business of its own and is part of the Mountain Crest series of blank-check vehicles, earlier members of which completed combinations with companies in a variety of industries. Until a transaction is completed, the offering proceeds are typically held in a trust account, and public shareholders generally may redeem their shares in connection with a proposed combination. Its ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker MCAH.
