M3-Brigade Acquisition VI Corp. (MBVI)

M3-Brigade Acquisition VI Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, also known as a blank-check company. It was formed to raise capital in an initial public offering and use it to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or similar business combination with one or more operating businesses.

The company is sponsored by affiliates of M3 Partners, a restructuring and turnaround advisory firm led by Mohsin Meghji, and Brigade Capital Management, an investment manager focused on credit. It is the sixth blank-check vehicle in the M3-Brigade series. Until a deal is completed, the offering proceeds are typically held in a trust account, and public shareholders generally may redeem their shares in connection with a proposed combination. Its Class A ordinary shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker MBVI.
