LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (LTM)

LATAM Airlines Group S.A. is the parent company of LATAM, one of the main airline groups in Latin America. It provides domestic and international passenger air transportation and air cargo services through operating airlines based in Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador.

The group flies routes within South America and to North America, Europe and Oceania, using a fleet of Airbus narrow-body aircraft and Boeing wide-body jets. Its cargo business carries freight both in the holds of passenger aircraft and on dedicated freighters, with significant flows of perishable exports such as fruit, flowers and seafood. It also runs the LATAM Pass frequent flyer program.

LATAM was formed through the 2012 combination of Chile's LAN and Brazil's TAM and is headquartered in Santiago, Chile. Its American depositary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
