Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (AERO)

Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. is the holding company of Aeromexico, the flag carrier airline of Mexico. Together with its regional subsidiary Aeromexico Connect, it operates scheduled passenger service across Mexico and to destinations in North America, Central and South America, Europe and Asia, with its main hub at Mexico City International Airport.

The group also carries cargo through its Aeromexico Cargo business and runs a loyalty program through which members earn and redeem points. Aeromexico is a founding member of the SkyTeam airline alliance and has a long-standing joint venture with Delta Air Lines covering flights between the United States and Mexico.

The company is headquartered in Mexico City. Its shares are listed in Mexico, and its American depositary shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
