Republic Airways Holdings Inc. is a U.S. regional airline holding company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Its common stock trades on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker RJET, following its 2025 combination with Mesa Air Group, which made the merged company publicly traded.

Republic operates regional jet service under capacity purchase agreements with major airlines, flying as American Eagle, Delta Connection and United Express. Under these agreements, the major carrier sets the schedule, sells the tickets and sets fares, while Republic provides the aircraft, pilots, flight attendants and maintenance in exchange for contracted payments.

The company's fleet consists primarily of Embraer 170 and 175 regional jets serving routes that connect smaller and mid-sized cities with its partners' hubs. Republic also operates a pilot training academy to develop flight crews.
