Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company, or blank-check company. It was organized to raise money in an initial public offering and use those funds to carry out a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition or other business combination with one or more private operating companies.

Its Class A ordinary shares are listed on the Nasdaq. As a SPAC, the company does not run an operating business; proceeds from its offering are held in a trust account pending a business combination. If no transaction is completed within the period allowed by its charter, the company would generally be expected to return the trust funds to public shareholders.
