HMH Holding Inc. is a provider of equipment and services for the oil and gas drilling industry. The business was formed by combining the subsea drilling systems operations of Baker Hughes with MHWirth, the drilling equipment company previously owned by Akastor.

The company designs, manufactures and services drilling equipment for offshore and onshore rigs, including pressure control equipment such as blowout preventers, drilling and pipe-handling systems, and related products. A significant part of its business comes from aftermarket services, spare parts and maintenance for its large installed base of equipment used by drilling contractors and energy producers.

HMH is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq.
