Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (SEI)

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is based in Houston, Texas. It provides power generation and equipment services to energy and industrial customers. The company started out as Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, a supplier of proppant storage and handling systems to oil and gas well completion crews, and took its current name after it expanded into distributed power.

Its power solutions segment rents out mobile and modular natural gas turbine generators and related equipment. Customers include data center developers, oil and gas producers and other users who need large amounts of electricity where grid power is limited or slow to arrive.

Its logistics solutions segment still supplies patented mobile proppant and water management systems, along with last-mile logistics and software, to exploration and production companies and to well completion contractors in the main U.S. shale basins.
