About Graphex Group Limited
Graphex Group Limited and its subsidiaries processed and sold graphite and graphene products in Mainland China, Hong Kong and abroad. Its segments were Graphene Products and Related Businesses, and Other Businesses.
Products included spherical and coated spherical graphite for Li-Ion battery anodes, synthetic graphite, high-purity graphite for refractories, magnesia carbon bricks, carbon brushes and fire-resistant composites, and micronized graphite for anti-corrosion coatings and lubricants. It also offered landscape architecture and catering management services.
Formerly Earthasia International Holdings Limited, it took the Graphex name in April 2021. Founded in 1981 and based in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, it was delisted from the NYSE American in July 2025, with the last trade on July 16, 2025 at $0.35.
