FT Vest Laddered U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF (BFXU)

The FT Vest Laddered U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF (BFXU) is a fund of funds from First Trust that invests in a set of FT Vest uncapped accelerator ETFs.

Each underlying fund uses options to seek returns that amplify the upside of a large-cap U.S. equity index over a defined outcome period, without an upper cap on gains, while remaining exposed to the index's losses. The underlying funds have outcome periods that begin at different times of the year, forming a ladder.

By holding several funds with staggered reset dates, the laddered fund aims to reduce the impact of the market level on any single start date and to provide a continuous blend of accelerated equity exposure. Detailed terms of the underlying funds are described in their respective prospectuses.
