BNY Mellon Global Fixed Income ETF (BGFI)

The BNY Mellon Global Fixed Income ETF (BGFI) is an actively managed bond fund sponsored by BNY Mellon's investment management business.

The fund invests in fixed-income securities issued around the world, which can include government and government-related bonds, corporate bonds and securitized debt from developed and emerging markets. Holdings may be denominated in U.S. dollars and other currencies, and the managers may use currency hedging to manage the foreign-exchange risk that comes with international bonds.

Portfolio managers make decisions on country allocation, duration, credit quality and currency exposure based on their research and outlook rather than replicating an index. The fund seeks total return from a combination of income and capital appreciation through a globally diversified bond portfolio.
