About VOXX International Corporation
VOXX International made and distributed automotive electronics, consumer electronics and biometric products in the U.S., Europe and other markets. Automotive products included security, remote start and vehicle access systems, telematics apps, rear-seat entertainment, rear-view and collision avoidance cameras, satellite radios, cruise control, audio, heated seats, lighting, sensors and EV sound systems.
Consumer products included speakers, A/V receivers, home theater and streaming music systems, headphones and earbuds, soundbars, TV antennas, cables and chargers, remotes, TV mounts, hearing aids and sound amplifiers, set-top boxes and stereos. It also sold iris identification and other biometric security products.
Formerly Audiovox Corporation, it became VOXX International in December 2011. The company was founded in 1960 and based in Orlando, Florida. Its stock was delisted from the Nasdaq in March 2025, with the last trade on March 27, 2025 at $7.50.
