About VAIC
VegaShares US Equity Autocallable Conservative Income ETF (VAIC) is an exchange-traded fund designed to generate income from an autocallable strategy linked to U.S. equities. Autocallables are structured payoffs that pay periodic coupons while the reference equity measure stays above a set barrier and may be called early if the reference rises above a trigger level.
The conservative version of the strategy is built with more defensive terms, such as deeper protection barriers, which generally means lower targeted income in exchange for reduced sensitivity to market declines. The fund aims to package this kind of payoff, traditionally available through structured notes, in a listed and daily-traded ETF format.
The fund is sponsored by VegaShares.
