Tuttle Capital Pure Play Photonics ETF (FOTO) is an actively managed thematic exchange-traded fund from Tuttle Capital Management, launched in 2026.

The fund invests in companies whose primary business is directly related to photonics, the technologies that generate, transmit, detect and apply light. This includes makers of lasers, optical networking components, sensors, imaging systems and equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing and industrial processing. Exposure may be obtained through direct stock holdings as well as total return swaps.

The fund is concentrated in information technology and related industrial businesses tied to optical and light-based technologies. The fund is listed on Cboe BZX. Tuttle Capital Management is known for thematic and leveraged ETF products.
