Valor Energy Incorporated (VAI)

Valor Energy Incorporated, formerly Senmiao Technology Limited, is a Nasdaq-listed company with operations in China. The company changed its name and ticker from Senmiao and AIHS to Valor Energy and VAI in 2026.

Senmiao built its business around automobile transactions and related services in Chengdu and other parts of China, including car rental, automobile financing through leases, vehicle sales, management of new energy vehicles used for ride-hailing, and services supporting car purchases such as credit assessment.

Following its renaming, the company has said it is pursuing new initiatives connected to energy and artificial intelligence data center development, including a joint venture arrangement. The scope and progress of these newer businesses are still taking shape.
