FT Vest U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF - July (UXJL)

FT Vest U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF - July (UXJL) is a target-outcome exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide enhanced, or accelerated, participation in the upside of the U.S. large-cap stock market over a defined one-year outcome period that begins each July. Unlike many defined-outcome funds, its upside participation is not subject to a fixed cap.

To build this payoff profile, the fund uses FLexible EXchange (FLEX) options that reference an exchange-traded fund tracking the S&P 500 Index. The fund does not include a downside buffer, so it remains exposed to declines in the reference market, and the intended outcomes apply only to investors who hold shares for the full outcome period. A new period starts when the options are reset each year.
